As part of a Magnolia Homes new construction, Adela Rich Request by LIFECORE was beautifully integrated as the 2,000 sq. ft home’s primary flooring of choice.
Home renovator television stars and Magnolia Homes owners, Chip and Joanna Gaines lead the new build as part of a project called The Preserve by Magnolia Homes in Waco Texas.
While not limited to Waco, this project’s focus would be a new farmhouse design based in Atlanta, Georgia. The Gaines worked with lead designer and owner of Herban Design Studio, Gretchen Herb to help bring the home to life. Design Superstore supplied the most of the project’s featured products, including LIFECORE’s Adela Rich Request flooring.
The home’s design is featured on Houzz.com with a full photo gallery and insight into the project.
The 7 1/2” wide Adela hardwood planks are a brushed-surface, ebony-smoked oak that offer adaptable characteristics appropriate for almost any room.
Throughout the Magnolia Homes new build, the rustic, natural qualities of Adela Rich Request pair perfectly with more contemporary design elements.
Deceptively engineered, this LIFECORE hardwood floor makes it a perfect option throughout the home —from the kitchen and dining rooms to the bedroom and living rooms. Learn more about Adela Rich Request and the features of this engineered hardwood floor.
